July 22, 2023 Weekly Update

Morning Home Owners/Tenants,
1. We contacted Belford and Travelers. Belford confirmed that they had already responded to the information requested by Travelers. We are now waiting for confirmation from Travelers to launch an independent  forensic investigation. We will continue to follow up.
2. We sent out an RFQ to 3 law firms to act as our legal council. If we need to seek further legal advice, we will be prepared.
3. After receiving numerous complaints from tenants reporting the bad attitude, communication or lack of it, and laziness of the cleaning worker during the weekend shift, we conducted a quarterly review with Mr. Ma, Owner of Precise, the janitorial company. Mr. Ma promised the following:
a. Replacement of the weekend staff.
b. Improve ST2 perimeter cleaning and so on.
4. Regarding the hot water supply incident that took place last weekend, we demanded FSR Mikhail and his boss Peter to follow up during that weekend, Monday and Tuesday but no effective and reasonable response. We will continue to investigate and hopefully nail down the root cause and determine whether there is any negligence or confusion in the FSR process and SOPs.
5. We also actively urged Belford to step up the handling of deficiencies. We will continue to follow up every week.
6. There are other matters in discussions with the ST1 Strata Committee.
